The objective of this research is to explore the relationship between tourists' conception of crowding, carrying capacity, recreational impact and destination loyalty. Data were collected from tourists of Jhu-shan Hanging Bridge by convenience sampling. Data collection yielded 426 valid questionnaires. This research finds: (1) crowding is positively correlated to recreational carrying capacity; (2) carrying capacity is positively correlated to recreational impact, and; (3) recreational impact is positively correlated with destination loyalty. Based on the research, suggestions are made for planning and management.
