大專院校學生生活型態對幸福感之影響

The Influence of Lifestyles on Well-being-Case Study of College Students

摘要


目的:本研究旨在探討大專院校學生生活型態對幸福感之影響情形,作爲改善生活型態進而提升幸福感之依據。方法:以採叢集抽樣(cluster sampling)方式,針對10所大學校院學生進行問卷調查,共計發出問卷1000份,有效問卷共計881份,有效問卷回收率爲88.1%。本研究採用SPSS for Windows 12.0版統計套 裝軟體進行資料處理(次數分配與百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、Scheffe's事後比較及典型相關分析)。結果:一、不同性別在生活型態的差異性比較,在「健康責任」、「壓力管理」和「自我實現」構面男性較側重於女性。二、不同就讀部別在生活型態的差異性比較,在「壓力管理」和「自我實現」構面,日間部較側重於進修部。三、不同年級在生活型態的差異性比較,在「健康責任」構面達到顯著的差異。四、不同性別在幸福感的差異性比較,在「自我肯定」構面,男性較側重於女性。五、不同就讀部別在幸福感的差異性比較,各個構面未達到顯著差異。六、不同就讀年級在幸福感的差異性比較,在「生活滿意」和「人際關係」構面達到顯著的差異。七、生活型態與幸福感典型相關方面,三對典型相關分析係數,達顯著水準。結論:不同背景變項在生活型態的差異性比較方面:性別、就讀部別、年級達到顯著差異。在幸福感的差異性比較方面:性別、年級達到顯著差異,且生活型態與幸福感彼此之間具有顯著相關性。

Purpose: This study examines how the lifestyles of college students influence on well-being. To be a basis for improve lifestyles and also to promote well-being. Method: The questionnaire survey was conducted from ten colleges and respondents were chosen based on a cluster sampling. A total of 1000 questionnaires were distributed. 881 usable samples were obtained and resulting in a response rate of 88.1%. The survey results were summarized as descriptive statistics, Independent Samples t-Test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's post-hoc method and Canonical Analysis. All statistical analyses were carried out using SPSS 12.0 for Windows. Results: (1) Based on the comparison of gender differences in lifestyles, males were paying more attentions to the dimension of ”Duty of Health”, ”Stress Management” and ”Self-Actualization” than females. (2) Based on the comparison of divisions in lifestyles, the students of Day School were paying more attentions to the dimension of ”Stress Management” and ”Self-Actualization” than the students of Division of Continuing Education. (3) Based on the comparison of grades in lifestyles, there were significant differences in the dimension of ”Duty of Health”. (4) Based on the comparison of gender differences in well-being, males were paying more attentions to the dimension of ”Self-Affirmation” than females. (5) Based on the comparison of divisions in well-being, there were no significant differences. (6) Based on the comparison of grades in well-being, there were significant differences in the dimension of ”Life Satisfaction” and ”Interpersonal Relationship”. (7) The Canonical Analysis of ”Lifestyles” and ”Well-being” were statistical significance level. Conclusion: The results show that different demographic characteristics such as gender, divisions and grades were significant differences in lifestyles. The gender and grades were significant differences to well-being. Furthermore, there was a significant correlation between lifestyles and well-being.
