本研究以大台北地區高職餐飲管理科學生爲研究對象,探討學生『職業自我概念與學習態度』之現況,分析不同背景變項的學生在職業自我概念與學習態度的差異情形,並瞭解職業自我概念與學習態度之間的關聯性爲何?本研究採隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查,問卷共計發放1200份,回收有效問卷1020份。研究結果顯示:職業自我概念現況在理想範圍內,但職業明確和職業資訊有加強空間;學習態度雖在理想範圍內,但行爲態度仍有改善的必要性;不同背景變項在職業自我概念上,就學興趣、工作經驗、學業成績、家長教育態度、同儕關係及師生關係等皆達顯著差異;在學習態度上,年級、就學興趣、工作經驗、學業成績、家長教育態度、同儕關係及師生關係等皆達顯著差異;職業自我概念與學習態度及其子構面認知清晰、職業明確、工作角色評定、職業試探及職業資訊等皆呈現顯著正相關。根據上述研究結果,提供學校、教師、家長、學生及後續研究者之建議。
This research regards vocational high school students in food and beverage department in Taipei area as the research object to understand the current status of students' vocational self-concept and learning attitude, analyze the students with different backgrounds that result in the differences in vocational self-concept and learning attitude, and realize the correlation between the vocational self-concept and learning attitude as well. The survey was conducted by the random sampling. A total of 1,200 questionnaires were issued. The valid samples were 1,020. The following conclusions were reached based on the analysis: The current status of vocational self-concept is within the ideal range; however, the sub-dimensions of vocational self-concept such as definite career selection and knowledge about career information have room for improvement. Although learning attitude is within ideal range, the behavior attitude of the students is still in need of enhancement. Regarding the vocational self-concept, different backgrounds show significant variations in interest in schooling, working experience, academic achievement, parents' educational attitude, peer relationship and teacher-student relationship. Regarding learning attitude, different backgrounds show significant variations in grade, interest in schooling, working experience, academic achievement, parents' educational attitude, peer relationship and teacher-student relationship. The sub-dimensions of vocational self-concept including clear self cognition, definite career selection, work role evaluation, career tendency and participation, and knowledge about career information all present significant positive correlation with learning attitude. The results based on the research are to offer the schools, teachers, parents, students and the following researches as reference.
