國小學童自行車活動休閒體驗與休閒滿意度之關係─以休閒態度為中介變項

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解國小學童參與自行車活動的休閒體驗、休閒態度與休閒滿意度之關係，檢視休閒態度在休閒體驗與休閒滿意度間的中介效果。以新北市參與國小自辦的半日自行車活動學童為對象，採問卷調查法，經分層隨機抽取450人，回收有效問卷425份（回收率為94%）。以皮爾森積差相關及階層迴歸進行分析，研究結果發現：一、「休閒態度」對「休閒體驗」有顯著正向影響。二、「休閒態度」對「休閒滿意度」有顯著正向影響。三、「休閒體驗」對「休閒滿意度」有顯著正向影響。四、「休閒體驗」會透過「休閒態度」的中介影響，進而對「休閒滿意度」有顯著的影響效果。最後，根據研究結果提出要增進國小學童的休閒滿意度，培養良好之休閒態度、休閒生活體驗及樂趣的獲得乃關鍵因素，因而國小學童的休閒教育與休閒體驗是值得加強推廣的教育發展目標。

This research aims at understanding the relationship towards recreation experience, recreation attitude and recreation satisfaction of elementary school students participating in bicycle activities. Looking over the mediating effects of recreational attitude between recreation experience and recreation satisfaction. The elementary school students of New Taipei city participate in half-day bicycle activities are the research objects. Adopting the investigation method of the questionnaire, stratified sampling 450 students at random through assigning to, retrieve 425 effective questionnaires, and the rate of retrieve is 94%. Analysis through the method of Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression analysis, the research result, show: 1.There is apparent positive effect of recreation attitude to recreation experience. 2. There is apparent positive effect of recreation attitude to recreation satisfaction. 3. There is apparent positive effect of recreation experience to recreation satisfaction. 4. There is an apparent effect that recreation experience through mediating effect by recreation attitude to recreation satisfaction. The last but not least, according to the research that build good recreation attitude, recreation experience, and the gaining of joy are the key to improve the recreation satisfaction of elementary school student. Therefore, the recreation education and recreation experience of elementary school student are the education developing goals worth improving.
