探討教練領導風格對中學軟式網球選手訓練之滿意度

Explore the Satisfaction of Coach Leadership Style on the Training of Middle School Soft Tennis Players

摘要


本研究旨在探討軟式網球教練領導風格與選手滿意度,研究目的為比較不同背景變項軟式網球選手知覺與偏好的教練領導風格及選手滿意度的差異情形,並分析軟式網球選手所知覺的教練領導風格對選手的滿意度之預測情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為2011年全中運參加軟式網球選手,研究工具為「教練領導風格對選手滿意度調查研究之量表」。根據調查所蒐集之資料,依研究目的進行資料整理與分析,結果發現如下:在選手所知覺、偏好教練領導風格現況中,知覺及偏好依序「訓練與指導風格」得分最高,其次為「民主風格」、「關懷風格」、「獎勵風格」,而「專制風格」之知覺及偏好程度最低。2011年全中運軟式網球選手對知覺教練領導風格滿意度之相關情形,呈現正相關。本研究結果可提供教練在進行選手訓練時應採用何種領導風格來提升選手滿意度作為參考。

This study aims to explore the soft tennis coach's leadership style and player satisfaction. The purpose of the study is to compare the coaching style and player satisfaction of different background variable soft tennis players' perception and preference, and to analyze the coaches perceived by soft tennis players. The prediction of the leadership style's satisfaction with the players. This study used a questionnaire survey method. The research object was to participate in soft tennis players in 2011, and the research tool was "a scale for surveying the satisfaction of coaches in the style of players". According to the data collected by the survey, the data were sorted and analyzed according to the purpose of the study. The results were as follows: 1. In the current situation of the player's perception and preference for the coach's leadership style, the perception and preference in the order of "training and guiding style" scored the highest, followed by "Democratic style", "care style" and "reward style", while "autocratic style" has the lowest level of perception and preference. Second, in 2011, the all-native soft tennis players showed a positive correlation with the satisfaction of the perceived coaching style. The results of this study can provide a reference for coaches to use the leadership style to improve player satisfaction.
