摘要

本研究以社區型非營利組織在老人長期關懷據點的服務過程作為研究方向，探討社區型非營利組織如何因應人口老化、外部環境的變化下，如何規劃與發展長期關懷項目，成為提供社區長照資源的主力單位。本研究選定兩個長期推動社區關懷據點之社區發展協會作為研究對象，分析其資源規劃與運用模式，透過質性訪談與分析來發掘當前發展困境與尋求解決之道。由訪談得知，兩個據點都不約而同有資源募集困難的處境，當前最大問題都在志工人力與財務部分。

This research studied non-profit organizations of community in long-term care bases for the elderly and explores how non-profit organizations of community plan and develop long-term care projects in response to population aging and changes in the external environment. This study selected two community development associations that had long promoted community care bases as research objects. Analyze its resource planning and utilization patterns. Difficulties and solutions were explored through qualitative interviews and analysis. According to the interview, both bases were in the same situation of difficulty in raising resources. The biggest problem at present was the lack of volunteer and funds.
