高中學生課業壓力、運動參與對睡眠品質影響之研究

Study on the Effect of School Stress and Sports Participation on Sleep Quality for High School Students

摘要


本研究旨在探討不同背景變項之高中學生課業壓力、運動參與與睡眠品質之差異情形。以立意抽樣的方式採用問卷調查法,對桃園市某市立高中學生發出620份問卷,有效回收620份,有效樣本回收率100%。資料分析透過描述統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸分析。研究顯示:一、體育班的課業壓力顯著低於其他各班別。美術班的睡眠品質顯著低於數專班、語專班及體育班。體育班的運動參與程度顯著高於其他班別,男生運動參與程度顯著高於女生。二、高中生課業壓力對運動參與具有低度負向影響力、高中生課業壓力對睡眠品質具有中低度負向影響力、高中生運動參與對睡眠品質具有低度正向影響力。三、運動參與程度在課業壓力對睡眠品質影響具有部份中介效果。因此在學校除了體育課外,老師可以關心每位學生課程外的運動情形,並給予適當輔導及建議,以養成學生規律運動的習慣,減緩課業壓力,改善睡眠品質。

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of high school students' academic pressure, exercise participation, and sleep quality, The questionnaire survey method was adopted by intentional sampling, and 620 questionnaires were sent to students in a municipal high school in Taoyuan City, and 620 were effectively recovered, and the effective sample recovery rate was 100%. Data analysis is discussed through descriptive statistics, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product difference correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The research results show: 1. The academic pressure of physical education class is significantly lower than that of other classes. The sleep quality of art classes is significantly lower than that of math, language and physical education classes. The degree of participation in sports in the physical education class is significantly higher than that of other classes, and the degree of participation in sports of boys is significantly higher than that of girls. 2. The academic pressure of high school students has a low degree of negative influence on sports participation, the school pressure of high school students has a low degree of negative influence on sleep quality, and the exercise participation of high school students has a low degree of positive influence on sleep quality. 3. The degree of exercise participation has a partial mediating effect on the impact of schoolwork pressure on sleep quality. Therefore, in addition to teachers can care about everyone Students will be given appropriate counseling and advice on exercises outside of the course, so as to develop the habit of regular exercise, alleviate schoolwork pressure, and improve sleep quality.
