內外科護理技術補救教學策略探討

A Study of Remedial Instruction in Medical-Surgical Nursing Techniques

摘要


本研究探討内外科護理技術之補救教學的成效,透過教師行動研究,徵术某技術學院五專護理科八位學生之參與,運用教師反思、參與觀察、半結構式問卷、學生現場練習心得感想、個別訪談學生、文件等資料收集方式。研究結果:(1)引導學生克服學習問題,能夠激發學生對自己的學習反思。(2)經由師生對話,能夠促進學生的主動參與學習。(3)採用小班教學且適時提問與討論,能夠幫助學生克服精神不濟,(4)採錄影和計時爲模擬考的演練,能夠促進正確無菌技術之完成。(5)經由師生對話,適時予關懷及口頭鼓勵,能夠增加學生自信心,(6)多次練習能夠增加技術熟悉度,老師在場與付出關注的行動,能夠增加學生額外練習的意願。本研究結果可以提供護理技術補救教學的參考。

The purpose of this study was to recognize the outcomes of a remedial course in Nursing Techniques. A group of eight student volunteers was used. This study was cross analyzed through participant observation, half-structural questionnaires, the teacher's reflection notes, student-practice reflection notes, student interviews, and class transcripts. The conclusions were as follows: First, the remedial course encouraged students to review their own study processes through the teacher's guidance, helping participants to overcome their detrimental study practices. Second, the course motivated students to participate actively in the class through dialogue between the teachers and students. Third, students were able to overcome fatigue through discussion and questions during instruction. Fourth, students were able to accrue correct nursing techniques as a result of the course. Fifth, it boosted students' self-confidence through the teacher's attention and positive feedback. Finally, it motivated the students to do extra practice once they learned the desired nursing techniques.
