摘要

優質的營運管理對長期照護機構的永續發展具有深遠及決定性的影響。本文乃除了針對營運管理整理一些基本原則外，也針對機構營運困境查閱一些文獻，提供一些提醒及參考策略。優質營運要贏在起跑點，隨大環境變遷能主動求新求變，積極迎接挑戰。長期照護機構的營運非純商業，需對社會組織與社會企業及其運作有所認識。

Quality management has a profound and decisive impact on the sustainability of long-term care. In addition to sorting out some basic principles for operational management, this article also provides some tips and reference strategies for the operational difficulties of the organization. High-quality operations must win at the starting point, and with the changes in the environment, they can actively seek new changes and actively meet the challenges. The operation of long-term care institutions is not purely commercial, and needs to be recognized by social organizations and social enterprises and their operations.
