不同入學管道的體育系學生學習表現之分析

Analysis on Department of Physical Education Students through Different Channels of Admission to Learning Performance

摘要


基於多元、適性的觀點,臺灣自1994年試辦大學多元入學,1999年再次推動新方案,使得各校系所能自主選才。然而,各類入學管道學生之學習背景與特質有所不同,入學後的學習表現差異情形實有必要加以了解,以作為招生管道策略之參考。研究目的:探討H大學體育系不同入學管道學生在學之學習表現。研究方法:以H大學體育系93至99學年度入學學生354名為樣本(考試分發111名、個人申請165名、運動績優甄審57名及外國學生21名),以歷年成績單進行次級資料分析,使用單因子變異數分析進行資料處理,各組如達顯著差異情形再以Scheffe法進行事後比較,所有顯著水準訂在α= .05。研究結果:一、整體學習表現以個人申請入學學生最佳,運動績優甄審學生較不理想。二、學科、術科或專業科目學習表現上,不同學年度不同管道入學學生表現情形並不一致。三、各組學習表現的差異情形並未隨著年級而有所不同。建議:一、調整系所招生策略。二、調整教學進度與授課內容。三、相關課業輔導與補救教學。四、升學機制的輔導。五、導正高中正常教學。未來研究上則可進一步分析各不同入學管道學生畢業後之發展情形,以獲得較全面之了解。

Based on multiple, adaptive concept and goals, Taiwan since AD 1994 on a trial basis. In the AD 1999 promote the New System of Diversified University Admissions. Making the schools and each faculty where admission can be more independent. Various admission pipelines of students provided different learning backgrounds and characteristics, after admission learning performance whether there are differences? There is need to understand as admissions pipeline reference. This study aimed to explore the different channels of admission of learning performance of students, Research subjects are comprised of National University Department of Physical Education 93-99 school year enrolled Sample of 354 students named, (Distributing Process Referred to the Entrance Examination 111, Admission by Application 165, Athletic-talented students 57 and Foreign students 21). Make use of Calendar year report card for secondary data to analysis, conducted of statistic analysis with Chinese version SPSS for Windows 22.0, by means of one-way ANOVA analysis for data processing, such as the significant differences in each group and then to Scheffe method post hoc comparison, all the significance level set at α =. 05. The results showed that: 1. Overall performance individual application for admission by application students get the best learning performance, and athletic-talented students in the learning performance less than ideal. 2. In the academic subjects, physical education professional subjects, and professional courses on learning performance, different school year various admission pipelines of students learning performance is inconsistent case. 3. Each group learning performance did not differences of vary with grade. Follow suggest to be points: 1. To maintain the highest proportion of applying for admission by application students. 2. Adjust the distributing process referred to the entrance examination are taken into account the proportion of the various disciplines. 3. Athletic-talented students need for be given appropriate tutorship mechanism to improve their learning performance. Future research could further analysis of different various admission pipelines of students development of the situation after graduation to obtain a more comprehensive range of understanding.
