體育系統觀察工具建構流程之研究

The Study on Establishing Progress of Systematic Observation Instrument in Physical Education

摘要


本研究旨在探析體育與運動情境中,行為系統觀察工具建構過程,試圖建立完整之作業流程。在針對觀察系統建構相關文獻及建構過程進行考察、分析後,本研究提擬4個階段及13個步驟的建構流程,以達成建構具效度及信度之觀察工具的目標。4個階段依序為發展行為類目、訂定編碼規範、訓練觀察人員及進行前導測試。13個步驟依序為探究相關理論、發展觀察架構、定義行為類目、檢核系統效度、選定編碼策略、編製基礎規則、設計記錄表格、訓練觀察人員、檢核觀察者間信度、檢核觀察者內信度、製作測試影帶、執行前導測試及微校觀察系統。並依操作邏輯將各步驟間之關係繪製成流程圖,以明確標示工具建構步驟之進程及流向。

The purple of the study was to propose the useful operational progress for establishing a systematic observation instrument in physical education and sports. The literatures of establishing operational progress were examined, criticized and analyzed. After the examination and analysis, the 4 stages progress was proposed to establish a new observation instrument. They were developing of behavioral categories, formulating of coding rules, training of observers, and operating of pilot study. There were 13 steps in the 4 stages, that were literature review, developing of framework, defining of category, examining of validity, selecting of coding strategy, formulating of ground rule, training of observers, examining of inter-observer reliability, examining of intra-observer reliability, doing of testing video, operating of pilot study, and micro-adjusting of system. The progress flowchart was drawn by the logical relationship between steps and clearly indicated the progress of steps.
