本研究主要目的在瞭解高中生體育班學生升學壓力和生活適應之間的關係。藉由參考升學壓力和生活適應等相關文獻和量表作為工具,以雲林縣所屬之公立高中體育班學生208人為研究對象。所得資料以統計套裝軟體執行描述性統計、積差相關等統計分析。研究結果顯示:升學壓力各層面排序高低為長輩期望壓力、考試升學壓力、運動競賽壓力;生活適應各層面排序高低為家庭生活適應、學校生活適應、個人與社會生活適應。此外,升學壓力和生活適應呈負相關。本研究證實不同的升學壓力確實對生活適應帶來影響。建議日後有興趣此一領域者可運用質化分析與縱貫式研究進一步檢驗本研究結果。
The main purpose of this study was to understand relationships among the academic pressure and senior school student's life adjustment. The researcher of this study applied questionnaires survey, and referring to the documents relating to student's academic pressure and life adjustment in schools and the chart of self-made "Questionnaires On academic pressure and life adjustment" as the resources of information. The research objects were 208 senior high school students in Yunlin. The data was analyzed through the methods of descriptive statistics and Pearson's product moment correlation. The results of the research are five factors of academic pressure were factor of parents expect pressure, exam academic pressure, and athletic competition pressure. Life adjustment was three factors of family, school, individual and society. Other result, the study reveals negative correlation between academic pressure and life adjustment. The results of this research state that different academic pressure of senior high school students indeed does influence their life adjustment. It was suggested that future studies applying diverse tests.
