雲林縣中等學校體育課教師風險管理認知與實施現況之研究

摘要


本研究目的在於瞭解雲林縣中等學校體育課教師對體育課風險管理認知與實施現況重要性、差異性,透過文獻分析及專家諮詢所得,羅列體育課風險因素,並採用問卷調查法進行研究。依教育部資料顯示雲林縣中等學校數量國中33 所、高中職18所,合計共51所,以普測方式進行,受測人數共218位,本研究共計發出218份正式問卷,回收212份,回收率97%,扣除填答不完全者9份,有效問卷共203份。依所得資料,以統計方法進行資料分析。主要結果發現如下: 一、在認知之差異情形依本研究統計所得,各層面之平均數與標準差顯示其重要性之比較,依序為教學管理認知因素、法律責任認知因素、醫療支援認知因素、行政管理認知因素。 二、在實施現況差異情形依本研究統計所得,各層面之平均數與標準差顯示其重要性之比較,依序為教學管理認知因素、醫療支援認知因素、法律責任認知因素、行政管理認知因素。 三、不同性別與不同行政經驗之體育教師在體育課風險管理各層面的認知與實施現況重要性皆未達顯著差異。 四、雲林縣中等學校體育教師對體育課風險管理認知重要性顯著高於實施現況。

The purpose of this study is to understand the importance and difference between the risk management awareness in physical education and current implementation status in physical education teachers at Yunlin County middle schools. Through literature analysis and expert consultation, a list of physical risk factors is listed. Questionnaires are also adopted in this study. According to the data from Ministry of Education, there are 33 middle schools and 18 high schools in Yunlin County, a total of 51 schools. 218 respondents participated. 218 questionnaires were distributed and 212 questionnaires returned. A response rate of 97% was recorded. 9 questionnaires were eliminated due to incomplete responses, so there are only 203 valid questionnaires. The results of this study are as follows: 1, according to the statistic analysis of this study, the difference of awareness in each level are shown in the mean and standard deviation, where “teaching management cognitive factor” is most important, then “liability cognitive factor,” “medical support cognitive factor,” and “administration cognitive factor.” 2, according to the statistic analysis, the difference of implementation status in each level are shown in the mean and standard deviation, where “teaching management cognitive factor” is most important, then “medical support cognitive factor,” “liability cognitive factor,” and “administration cognitive factor.” 3,For those physical education teachers with experience in working with either of the two genders and administrative experience, there is not much difference between the importance of the awareness of each level in the risk management of physical education, and the corresponding implementation status. 4,The importance of the risk management awareness for the Physical education teachers of a high school in Yunlin County is significantly higher than their corresponding implementation status.
