雲林縣高中體育班發展現況與困境之初探

A Preliminary Study of the Development and Dilemma of Senior High School Athletic Classes in Yunlin County

摘要


本研究的主要目的在探討雲林縣高中體育班的經營現況及其困境,以作為相關單位作為體育班經營之參考。採用文件分析與半結構式訪談法,進行資料蒐集,並進行資料之內容分析。結果發現:一、雲林縣高中體育班,國立高中於87及88年設立,完全中學於94及95年設立;二、招生方式國立高中採免試入學,完全中學採甄試入學;三、學科進度因專長比賽時間不同而影響,學生普遍對學科學習意願低;四、專項術科教練大多由體育教師兼任;五、經費除政府單位補助外,無企業贊助或認養;六、部分專長會使用到校外場地;七、升學以體育相關科系為主。之後本研究提出建議:一、體育班應建立體育資優學生資料庫,訂定體育班學生獎勵辦法,區域重點發展項目資源整合;二、課程應配合學生需求作全盤設計,並聘請專任運動教練或職業教練避免角色混淆;三、訂定體育班經費預算,尋求企業投入贊助,強化家長後援會功能;四、設班項目不宜過多,才能有效分配師資及場地空間;五、應整合資源,建立自小學到大學一貫之升學體系,並利用產學合作讓大學各科系優秀體育人才,畢業後能順利就業。

This purpose of this study was to investigate the current status and the dilemma of senior high school athletic classes in Yunlin County. Concrete conclusions and suggestions are proposed as reference for the authorities in the future system of athletic classes. Literature analysis and semi-structured interview were adopted to collect data. Based on the data, Seven conclusions were acquired as follows: 1) athletic classes in national senior high schools were founded in 1998 and 1999; athletic classes in complete senior high schools were founded in 2005 and 2006, 2) as for recruiting strategies, the program of examination exemption was adopted by national senior high schools and the program of admission tests was adopted by complete schools, 3) teaching schedule in academic subjects is influenced by the different hours of different athletic contests, so students in athletic classes have fewer interests in academic subjects, 4) the coaches of sports training classes are mostly served concurrently by PE teachers, 5) the funds mainly come from government subsidies, without any business assistance, 6) some special training classes can't be taken in campus, 7) most of the graduates major in physical education in colleges. Suggestions are made from the above results: 1) outstanding students' data bank and incentive rules should be created and the resources of training items with regional characteristic should be integrated, 2) courses should be designed to fit students and professional athletic coaches should be employed to distinguish from school teachers, 3) the funds in athletic classes should be budgeted, and schools should look for the support from business and parent association, 4) there shouldn't be too many athletic items trained in athletic classes; therefore, teachers and athletic fields can be allotted effectively, 5) the resources should be integrated to be connected in choosing schools from elementary schools to colleges; besides, the university-industry cooperation should be promoted to make excellent graduates in every department who excell in athletics be employed favorably.
