The study discusses the relevance of table tennis players’ motivation, enduring involvement and leisure satisfaction. The study adopted convenience sampling, using questionnaires on investigating participants in eight table tennis tournaments in Central Taiwan. 400 questionnaires were given out with 318 valid questionnaires analyzed. Through SPSS21.0 and AMOS20.0, the results were analyzed with the usage of Descriptive Statistics and Structural Equation Model. They are presented as follows. First, participation motivation significantly affected enduring engagement. Second, participation motivation significantly affected leisure satisfaction. Third, enduring engagement significantly affected leisure satisfaction. Fourth, the relationship between participation motivation and leisure satisfaction was partially mediated by enduring engagement. Based on the results, this research will provide advice for organizers, the government and future studies.
