師範院校通識教育評鑑結果分析及高雄師大之檢討改進

The Impact and Influence of Evaluations of General Education in Nine Normal Universities and Colleges of Education-a Case Study of National Kaohsiung Normal University

摘要


教育部九十三年辦理國內七所1以研究型大學的通識教育評鑑之後,適逢師範大學轉型及師範學院改大,教育部遂決定針對台灣、彰化、高雄等三所國立師範大學、台北、新竹、台中、屏東、花蓮等五所國立師範學院、以及市立台北師範學院等九所學校進行通識教育評鑑。第二期通識教育評鑑程序2包括書面資料審閱、聽取簡報、教師訪談、學生訪談、綜合座談,同時也進行通識教學課堂觀察,以真正瞭解通識課程上課實況。最後評鑑結果是在密集的討論與高度的共識下形成。針對此次評鑑結果,本文嘗試進行分析,藉此以更深刻瞭解通識教育之內涵,並以受評學校之一的高雄師大為例,探討評鑑後之改革措施與方案,肯定此次評鑑所引發的通識教育正面影響與改革行動。

Since 2003, the Ministry of Education, R.O.C.(MOE) has conducted a series of pilot projects: Evaluations of General Education Programs in Universities. These evaluations begin with what are called seven Research-oriented Universities. After that, MOE continued on to its secondary phase of evaluation to nine normal universities and colleges of education from March to May in 2005. This article's main purpose is to analysis the evaluation results based on the report and utilize National Kaohsiung Normal University(NKNU)as an example in its response to this evaluation. The authors will further show that these evaluations have had a great impact on those universities and colleges.
