The purpose of this study is to explore the national and institutional level's influences of decision-making process in the development of general education curriculum, which is designed by the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT). This study intends to understand how the national and institutional level has influence the military curriculum decision-making and analyze the curriculum development differences between the general colleges and the Military Academies. Hopefully one can provide some feedbacks and suggestions from the result of this study, and also share related experiences with other colleges in the general education field.
