Facebook網站遊戲涉入、成癮性及對身心健康與學習態度之影響-以麻豆地區大學學生為例

Impact of Facebook Game's Involvement and Addiction on Physical and Mental Health and Learning Attitude-A Case Study from University Students in Madou

摘要


網路遊戲已成為大學生主要休閒活動之一,故網路成癮及其相關影響為一值得重視的課題,然目前相關研究多針對線上遊戲探討,對於Facebook網站遊戲成癮及對大學生學習態度影響之研究較少,因此本研究擬以此主題進行探討。本研究針對麻豆地區具Facebook網站遊戲經驗之大學生進行抽樣,利用描述性統計、單因子變異數分析及路徑分析進行統計分析,以瞭解使用Facebook網站遊戲產生之涉入、成癮性對學習態度之影響。研究結果顯示,大學生使用Facebook網站遊戲之次數頻繁,但停留時間短,與一般線上遊戲之特性不同。由路徑分析總效果顯示,休閒涉入之中心性及吸引力透過成癮性此中介變數,皆對學習態度具有負向影響;但就現況而言,並未導致嚴重的學習態度不佳。因此,建議學校單位應增加多元化休閒活動,吸引、鼓勵同學參與使之有討論的話題,使大學生具有良好的學習態度。

Online games have become one of the students' main leisure activities. Therefore, online addiction and its impacts deserve attention. However, the related research on college students' addiction and its impact on learning attitudes mostly focus on general online games rather than the specific Facebook Game. In this study, college students in Matou, Tainan City with experiences in Facebook Game were conducted for samples, and descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and path analysis were used for data analyses to understand the impacts of the involvement and addiction of Facebook Game on learning attitudes. The findings showed that college students use Facebook Game frequently, but each spends a short time, unlike the characteristics of the general online games' users. The total effects of path analysis showed that leisure involvement and attractiveness have negative impacts on learning attitudes when they are through the mediator variable-”addiction.” However, the findings did not show that the impacts on learning attitudes are not highly serious. It is still recommended that colleges might increase the diversification opportunities of leisure activities to encourage students for healthy participation so that students might have more progressive learning attitudes.
