This study was discussed on the relationship between psychological capital and sports performance of wrestler. This research used conception sampling. Research subject was the wrestler. There were 220 copies of survey in total. 202 copies were returned with 15 copies invalid and 187 copies effective. The return rate was 85.0%. Analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: The self-efficacy of the wrestler positively affects the sport performance; The hope of the wrestler positively affected the sport performance; The optimism of the wrestler positively affected the sport performance; The resilience of the wrestler positively affected the sport performance. That is the higher the psychological capital of the players, the better the performance of the players.
