臺灣自行車領隊養成之研究

本研究目的旨在探討臺灣自行車領隊人員的養成與現況發展。研究方法採用文獻分析法與訪談法，結果如下：一、臺灣自行車領隊人員對自行車的熱愛及長期的深度參與，本身應具備相當好的騎乘能力、資料蒐整、危機處理、修繕技術及良好的體能等條件。二、臺灣目前在自行車領隊人員發展還是在於國家的運動與觀光政策規劃，期望打造臺灣自行車運動觀光成為國際旅客最佳的景點。未來應進行資源統合、觀光遊程導覽與地方特色觀光的方式進行，建議在未來考照方面，應分級考照並與實習資源整合，讓喜愛自行車運動的人才能有更大的發揮空間。

The purpose of this study was to explore of the bicycle leader in Taiwan. The results will provide a reference for bike leader and related development. We adopt literature analysis and interview method for this study. The results were shown: 1) the develop course of the bike team leader was very diversification. First, they have to focusing in the enthusiasm of the bike and long-term investment. The bike team leader should have a very good riding ability, information collection, crisis processing, repair technology, and good physical ability. 2) In development trend, cycling route planning and leading ride task division is a development point. In current, the development of the bike team leader is due to the planning of sports and sightseeing. Hoping to create a Taiwan cycling tour can become the best tourist destination. In future, it should be the integration of the resources, sightseeing tour, and local special cultural sightseeing tour. It is recommended that the graded test should integrate with the internship resources, so that the enthusiasm of the bicycle can have a greater space.
