銀髮族使用智慧型手機應用程式概況與意向之探討

摘要

本文旨在探討銀髮族使用智慧型手機的概況與其使用意願，使用文獻探討與問卷調查法，編製「銀髮族對於使用智慧型手機現況與使用意願調查」做為蒐集初級資料的研究調查工具，採用便利性抽樣方式，共發放200份問卷，回收有效問卷181份，有效問卷回收率為90.5%。所得資料運用描述性統計、卡方考驗的統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現，不同年齡層、性別、職業的銀髮族使用智慧型手機與是否有意願使用均有顯著相關。

The purpose of this study is to investigate utility smartphone APP using about elderly persons. A Questionnaire of intention to utility smartphone using about elderly persons was used a tool to collect raw data and to do the survey. This study researched by literature review and questionnaires method. A total of 200 questionnaires, 181 effective recycling questionnaires and the effective recovery rate is 90.5%. Descriptive statistics and chi-square test were used to analyze the collection of questionnaires.
