探討運動參與對父母管教方式、生活壓力與幸福感之關係

Relationship between sports participation in parental discipline, life stress and well-being

摘要


本研究旨在探討運動參與對父母管教方式、生活壓力與幸福感之關係。以彰化縣國中生為研究對象,共發出500份問卷,剔除無效問卷後有效問卷424份,有效問卷84.8%。問卷回收後以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、信度分析、t檢定、簡單迴歸及多元迴歸等方式進行分析,所得結論如下:一、國中生父母管教方式愈積極時,愈能提升學生的幸福感。當父母管教屬於回應與管教方式愈積極多時,就愈能提升學生人際關係的幸福感表現。二、國中生父母管教方式愈積極時,愈能降低學生的生活壓力。當父母管教屬於回應方式愈積極時,愈能降低家庭、學校與自我相關的生活壓力表現。當父母管教屬於要求方式愈積極時,愈能提升家庭的生活壓力表現。三、國中生整體生活壓力不會影響到整體幸福感表現。國中生在兩性關係的生活壓力愈高時,就愈會產生人際關係、身心健康的幸福感表現。國中生在家庭生活、同儕關係的生活壓力愈高時,就愈會降低人際關係、身心健康的表現。四、國中生運動參與高者在父母需求的管教方式普遍高於運動參與低者。基於上述研究結果,提出結論與建議,以提供教育行政單位、教育人員、學生家長和未來研究參考。

This study aims to explore the relationship between the sports participation level and parenting styles, life stress and well-being. A total of 500 questionnaires were sent out. After excluding invalid questionnaires, a total of 424 valid questionnaires were obtained, with a valid questionnaire rate of 84.8%. Data was analyzed by using SPSS windows 18.0 system for descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t test, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The research conclusions are as follows: 1. The more active the parenting styles of junior high school students, the more they can improve the well-being of students. When parenting styles is a response and discipline, the more positive it is, the more it can improve the well-being of students' interpersonal relationships. 2. The more active the parenting styles of middle school students is, the more the students' life stress can be reduced. When parenting styles is a response method, the more positive it is, the more it can reduce the performance of family, school, and self-related life stress. When parenting styles is a requirement, the more active it is, the more it can improve the family's life stress performance. 3. The overall life stress of middle school students will not affect the overall well-being performance. The higher the pressure of life in the relationship between the sexes, the more high school students will have a sense of well-being in interpersonal relationships and physical and mental health. The higher the pressure of family life and peer relationships among middle school students, the more they will lower their performance in interpersonal relationships and physical and mental health. Fourth, middle school students with high participation in sports generally have higher parental needs than those with low participation in sports. Based on the above research results, conclusions and suggestions are put forward to provide educational administrative units, educators, parents of students, and future research references.
