國內醫療院所發展醫療觀光策略之預應程度探討

摘要

本研究目的在讓觀光旅遊產業瞭解本國醫療院所發展醫療觀光計劃之條件、意願與限制，並探討影響其發展醫療觀光策略之因素有那些。本文以產業環境與組織特性的觀點，提出一個影響醫療觀光策略預應的理論架構。基此，本研究透過定量研究驗證上述理論架構之因果關係。本研究以國內地區級以上醫院做為研究對象，共發出461份問卷。回收問卷為186份，扣除無效問卷20份，共得166份有效問卷，有效問卷回收率為36%。研究結果顯示「環境的豐厚程度」、「組織的集權化程度」與「組織聲望」等自變項對醫院管理者發展醫療觀光的策略預應程度有顯著正向影響。

The purpose of this study is to help tourism industry realizing local medical institutions' willingness, situations, developing the medical tourism, furthermore, and explore the influential factors in developing for medical tourism. From viewing the industry environment and organizational characteristics, a theoretic framework of effects on proactivity of strategy was proposed. Thus, the causal relationships are verified through a quantitative research. Regional hospitals in Taiwan are chosen as research subjects. Four hundred and sixty-one questionnaires are distributed, while 186 were returned. Excluding 20 invalid copies, 166 valid samples were collected. The valid response rate was 36%. The research findings showed that ”environmental abundance”, ”centralization of organization”, and ”reputation of organization” influenced the proactivity of strategy for hospital managers to develop medical tourism.
