探討影響居民觀光發展態度與觀光管理策略支持度之因素－以台南後壁菁寮聚落為例

本研究以Perdue et al（1990）的支持觀光發展模式為研究架構基礎，旨在瞭解鄉村觀光對居民所帶來的觀光獲利、觀光衝擊認知、觀光發展態度、觀光管理策略支持及其間關係。本研究共回收有效問卷381份。研究工具採用SPSS 12.0 for Window統計應用軟體進行統計分析，包括：描述性統計、信度分析、相關分析、迴歸分析、差異性檢定等。研究結果發現：（一）整體衝擊認知正面大於負面；（二）現階段居民對於觀光發展呈現支持態度；（三）觀光獲利對正向觀光衝擊認知有顯著正向影響；（四）正向觀光衝擊認知對觀光發展態度有顯著正向影響；（五）正向觀光衝擊認知與觀光發展態度對觀光管理策略支持程度有顯著正向影響；（六）不同居住地在觀光獲利、正負觀光衝擊認知、觀光發展態度及觀光管理策略支持程度上有顯著差異。本研究建議提昇居民觀光獲利及正面觀光衝擊認知，使居民對觀光發展有正向支持態度，進而使居民對觀光管理策略支持程度提高，是政府及相關單位在發展鄉村觀光規劃管理上需思考的要素。

The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship among tourism benefit sought, cognition of tourism impacts, attitude of residents toward tourism development and support of tourism management based on the proposed framework of ＂support for tourism development model＂ developed by Perdue et al (1990). The survey was conducted at Jing-Liau village complex, Taiwan city. The study collected 381 effective responses and was analyzed by SPSS12.0 including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, pearson's correlation analysis, regression analysis, t-test and ANOVA analysis. Main results were as follows: Firstly, the residents showed higher positive cognition than negative one in the mean scores toward tourism impacts. Secondary, the residents showed the attitudes in support tourism development. Thirdly, tourism benefit sought did show a significant effect on the positive cognition towards tourism impacts. Fourthly, positive cognition towards tourism impacts had a significant effect on the attitude towards tourism development. Sixthly, both positive cognition towards tourism impacts and attitude towards tourism development showed a significant effect on the supports of tourism management. Seventhly, it was shown that there was a significant difference among surveyed villages.
