本研究主要目的在探討學校組識之知識管理策略、學校本位管理及學校效能之關聯性。探討的項目包括國民小學目前學校組織進行知識管理策略、學校本位管理提昇學校效能認知的現況探討;比較在不同的背景變項下對知識管理策略、學校本位管理、學校效能看法的差異;知識管理策略與學校本位管理、知識管理策略與學校效能、學校本位管理與學校效能之相關情形。本研究以台南市四十四所公立國民小學爲研究對象,以「學校管理策略、學校本位管理與學校效能概況調查」爲工具。問卷所得資料進行信度分析、單因子變異數、典型相關、複迴歸、集群分析、區別分析與t檢定等分析。研究結果顯示,系統化知識管理策略相較於個人化知識管理策略對學校本位管理能力與學校效能有顯著正向的影響作用,且傾向系統化知識管理策略的學校組織其學校本位管理能力與學校效能均較佳。
The purpose of this study is to explore the correlations among knowledge Management strategy, school-based management and school effectiveness. It includes; (a) to investigate the present status of knowledge management strategy, school-based management effectiveness; (b) to compare the differences among the knowledge management strategy, school-based management, school effectiveness; (c) to probe into the correlation between knowledge management strategy and school-based management, knowledge management strategy and school effectiveness, school-based management and school effectiveness. Some of 44 public elementary schools in Tainan are selected as samples. One way ANOVA, Canonical Correlation, Multiple Regression, Cluster analysis, Discriminant analysis and T-test are applied on the data obtained from questionnaires of the 44 schools. The results show that those schools adopted codificational knowledge management strategy have positive influence on both school-based management ability and school effectiveness. Those schools adopted codificational knowledge management strategy are shown to be better on both school-based management ability and school effectiveness.
