The purpose of this study was to testify the relationship of the variables such as work values, professional plateau, person-organization fit (P-O fit) and organizational commitment of students in the department of hospitality management. Questionnaire was used to collect data and adopted purposive and snowball sampling. The 387 valid samples were selected from seventeen college and over than seventy internship agency. The effective returns-ratio was 77.4%. LISREL statistic software was employed to testify the model. The main findings were: It was a significantly effect of work values, professional plateau, P-O fit and organizational commitment. Educator and internship agency can promote work values, professional plateau and P-O fit to acquire organizational commitment.
