|The purpose of this paper is as follows. One is to clarify the position of the "-yaka" type adjective, which appears in novels and newspapers, in the vocabulary survey. The other is to consider the actual situation of collocation in the corpus, using the frequently used "yuruyaka" as an example. For consideration, I also compared it with the "-i" type adjective of the same root and the same Chinese character notation. According to the results of the vocabulary table of the vocabulary survey, the order of use of many "-yaka" type adjectives is lower than the order of use of "-i" type adjectives with the same root and Chinese characters. On the other hand, the collocation "yuruyaka-na + noun" form and " yuruyaka-ni + verb" form both have more examples than "yurui".
