The purpose of equality of educational opportunity aims to provide students the same opportunity of admission to university which enables students to receive fair and suitable education so as to make personal potential well developed regardless of their ethnicity, gender, religion and abilities. Currently students with disabilities who would like to study in the university could apply through two channels, "United university entrance exams for students with disabilities" and "Independent university entrance exams for students with disabilities". This paper explores the rationality of these two channels based on the perspective of the equality of educational opportunity. It is discovered that even though multiple entrance channels could offer disabled students the equality of admission, appropriate teaching and consulting in the university still needs to be improved. As a result, it is suggested relevant policy makers in the government also in university should improve entrance channel and consulting environment in order to increase and implement the equality of educational opportunity.
