實習生是流通業界重要的人力資源,也是未來的產業的中堅份子。實習生參與勞動市場的意願、對實習工作的看法與價值觀,不但會影響其實習工作的意願與投入度,也左右個人未來的職業抉擇與生涯發展,同時對企業人力運用成效與人力政策的擬定也有深遠的影響。因此,本文以就讀流通管理相關科系的實習生為研究對象,探討其實習工作價值觀對工作投入之影響,同時也希望了解以關係品質為中介變項的影響關係,目的在使業者了解實習生的工作價值觀及彼此間的關係品質,以提高實習生對工作的投入。在研究方法上,採用問卷調查方法,並利用因素分析、相關分析與迴歸分析等方法進行資料分析,研究結果發現,實習生的工作價值觀會正向影響其與主管間的關係品質,也會正向影響其對工作投入;關係品質對工作投入具有正向影響關係;最後,關係品質在實習工作價值觀與工作投入間具部份中介效果。
Interns are important human resources for the distribution industry. The interns' intent to participate in the labor market, and their attitudes and values toward Practical Training, not only affect interns' job involvement, but also impact their vocational selection and career development. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of human resource management and the policy of industries would be deeply influenced. Therefore, this study discusses the relation among practical training values, relationship quality and job involvement. The participants of this study are derived from the college students in the distribution department implementing the sandwich style instruction. The data analysis methods include reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and related statistical investigation procedures. The findings are as follows: The interns' work values have significant positive influence on relationship quality and job involvement. In addition, relationship quality has significant positive influence on job involvement. Finally, relationship quality has partial intervening effect between work values and job involvement.
