In order to achieve win-win results between manufacturers and consumers, it is important to understand how Taiwan's tourism factory operates to attract consumers for the successful transition of traditional industry. The main purposes of this study are the following: 1. To understand the development of Taiwan's tourism factory; 2. To explore the success factors of the tourism factory tour; 3. To understand consumer behavior in the tourism factory; 4. To study in-depth interviews and visitors DIY acts against WU Yang socks Story House. The study also suggested that 1. Tourism industry should make connection with the surrounding scenic spots; 2. The products of the tourism factory should be unique and commemorative; 3. The local government should provide the required assistance to the tourism factory, including the local transportation planning; and 4. The local government should have the ambition to promote the tourism factory to the international market.
