It has also extended problems such as inflationary pressure and labor shortage. However, manufacturing Taiwanese companies have inherited the management style similar to militarization in the past, so they are easy to fall into the result of labor-management confrontation. If there is a conflict between employers and employees, it will often cause employees to strike, and Taiwanese businessmen in Vietnam are affected by the global capitalist industry. Under the division of labor structure, the host country's labor policy attitude and the social relevance of the plant site, the way of confrontation is limited, and then the change of management style is the best choice.
