摘要

本研究目的主要在探討參與戒酒方案男性婚姻暴力加害人形成飲酒行爲的發展歷程，採用質性研究的方法，針對婚姻暴力且有飲酒行爲的男性加害人做爲研究對象，共訪問16名加害人，所有研究對象經過說明，並簽訂書面同意書後，以深度訪談的方式來收集研究資料。 研究結果顯示，參與戒酒方案男性婚姻暴力加害人飲酒行爲形成的歷程可分爲四期，由早年的「潛在埋伏期」，形成「初始接觸期」，而延續成「持續加重期」，最後加害人對飲酒行爲自我覺知的「自覺因應期」。 飲酒行爲形成的歷程，研究者依據受訪資料歸納有六大因素：一、家庭因素－家庭淵源、家人姑息和無法忍受老婆置家不顧；二、個人因素－低學業成就；三、心理因素－獨自療傷、低自尊、妻子不貞喪失顏面；四、社會因素－同儕學習模仿、長期沉浸於飲酒的環境、工作場的文化氣質、工作結束藉酒鬆懈、交際應酬；五、經濟因素－經濟壓力大；六、健康因素－藉酒促進睡意、自認酒有助於健康。最後乃針對以上之研究結果進行討論，並對從事加害人處遇實務的工作者提出建議。

This study aims to explore the drinking process of male marital batterers who participated in the alcoholic program. The qualitative research was used in the study and 16 male marital batterers with alcohol abuse were enrolled. After the subjects have been explained about the details of the study, they were asked to sign the consent and in-depth interview was used in collecting research data.
The main findings showed that respondents' processing experiences of alcohol drinking behavior were divided into four stages. From ”dormant stage” of childhood to ”initial contact stage” then expands to ”continued increase stage” and to the final stage of ”self-awareness coping stage”.
The development of processing experience of alcohol drinking behavior is related to intervention factors. The main findings were: 1. Familial factor: the family alcoholic history, appeasement of family, not unhappy with wife not caring the family, 2. Personal facotr: low school achievement 3. Psychological factor: self-treatment, low self-esteem, being ashamed by unfaithlessness of wife 4. Social factor: friend's influence, long staying in the alcohol-drinking environment, cultural habit of working place, relaxed by alcohol drinking when a day off and social interaction, 5. Economic factor: economy burden 6. Health factor: using alcohol to help sleeping and thinking alcohol is good for health.
Based on the findings, implications for practice and further research are addressed as well.
