摘要

中國法學會反對家庭暴力網路的家暴干預是推動多部門、多機構共同參與的全方位行動。在法律政策宣導、立法司法推進、社區教育宣傳、政府部門任責的社會行動背景下，家庭暴力受害人服務和施暴人教育與輔導才能產生實際效能。
從社會性別視角以“增權”和“去權”的不同策略介入家庭暴力受害人服務和施暴人教育與輔導中，豐富了大陸家庭暴力干預的實務理論與經驗。但是，因爲專業資源匱乏，此項工作還沒有進入正式工作系統。因爲缺少深入研究，也沒形成豐富、有效的服務模式。
梳理、重釋（即重新解釋）和整合有本土實踐智慧的家庭工作經驗放入家暴受害人服務與施暴人教育與輔導中，應成爲未來大陸家庭暴力防治工作的重點。
反對家暴工作的拓展將對推進全社會的性別平等運動，催生新型的社會性別關係產生積極的影響力。

This paper applies a gender perspective in the counseling of domestic violence victims and their abusers through varied strategies such as ”the empowerment of women” and ”the disempowerment of men”. It has contributed to both theories and practices in the intervention of domestic violence in the Mainland.
It proposes the future emphasis of Mainland domestic violence intervention to be integrating experiences of local practices into the counseling through an ongoing process of reinterpretation and reflexion.
