摘要

本研究旨在就倡導關懷人進行「倡導關懷靈性評估量表」之建構；採問卷調查法。將依據文獻探討初步建構之35題項「倡導關懷靈性評估表初稿版」，採五分量表（非常不同意、不同意、尚可、同意、非常同意）計之，進行測試，共有中部地區58名倡導關懷人參與測試。施測結果採社會科學統計軟體（SPSS）22.0版進行信度Cronbach's α分析。以試測之整體信度Cronbach's值為基礎，且題意不重複之題項，進行因素分析構成以「信仰面向」、「和過去和好面向」、「生命觀面向」、「家庭面向」等四個構面之「倡導關懷靈性評估表」共15題項，並新採四分量表（非常不同意、不同意、同意、非常同意）計之，進行t檢定顯著性考驗，完成正式版本之量表。

The purpose of this research is to construct the ＂Advocacy and Care Spirituality Assessment Scale＂ for people who advocate and care in aging care centers; it adopts a questionnaire survey method. Based on the literature discussion, the preliminary 35 items of the ＂Advocacy and Care Spirituality Assessment Form First Draft＂ were tested and tested on a five-point scale (strongly disagree, disagree, acceptable, agree, and strongly agree). A total of 58 advocates caring people participate in the test. Cronbach's α analysis of reliability was carried out on the test results using the Social Science Statistics Software (SPSS) version 22.0. Based on the Cronbach's value of the overall reliability of the test, and the items that do not repeat the meaning of the questions, and four dimensions of ＂faith-oriented＂, ＂reconciliation with the past＂, ＂life-oriented orientation＂, and ＂family-oriented＂ were set. There are 15 items in the ＂Advocacy and Care Spirituality Assessment Form＂, which is calculated using a four-point scale (strongly disagree, disagree, agree, and strongly agree). And i t becomes the official version of the ＂Advocacy and Care Spirituality Assessment Form＂, and test its reliability and validity based on the official version.
