目的:本研究目的在探討國中生在不同性別、年級健康促進生活型態的差異以及影響健康生活型態的因素,以做為實務工作指導與輔導之參考。方法:本研究以問卷調查為方法,採立意取樣以中區二校一、二、三年級共計19班593人,桃園二校14班一、二、三年級593人共計1062人為對象,進行橫斷性研究。結果:不同性別國中生在健康促進生活型態總量表的反應是沒有差異的,但在各別因素則反應不一;不同年級國中生在健康促進生活型態總量表、「因素一自我實現」、「因素二運動」、「因素五處理壓力」等三個因素構面無顯著差異,但在「因素三營養」、「因素四健康責任」、「因素六人際支持」因素構面達顯著差異;影響國中生健康促進生活型態的因素為家庭氛圍及健康概念。
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the differences in the measured junior high school students' health-promoting lifestyle scores across genders and grades of the subjects. The factors that influenced the health-promoting lifestyle were also examined for future guidance and counseling. Method: A cross-sectional study was conducted using a designed questionnaire on a judgment sample of 1062 junior high school students. The subjects were selected from two schools in central Taiwan and two in Taoyuan County. Results: Gender presents no significant effects in the health-promoting lifestyle scores. However, gender proved to have significant effects on some of the six relevant factors. The other variable grade did not show significant effects in the health-promoting lifestyle score, as well as the three factors, namely self-realization, exercise, and pressure tackling. While the other three factors, nutrition, health responsibility, and interpersonal relationship support, were significantly different across the grades. In addition, it was also found that family atmosphere and health concepts were the two factors that affected junior high school student's health-promoting lifestyle.
