摘要

台灣由原本的農村社會漸漸改變爲都市化，人與人之間的關係漸漸冷漠，社區對居民的凝聚力不如之前農村社會強烈，對社區的情感、社區意識參與的態度、社區的認同感等等之社區意識亦漸漸薄弱。因此，本研究目的在探討澎湖縣西嶼社區居民環境居住經驗、社區意識及參與態度。本研究以澎湖縣西嶼社區爲個案研究，以分區配額並配合人員訪談方式，到各村收集問卷，共得到問卷216份。本研究透過研究發現提出建議，以作爲政府輔導社區居民建立社區意識，鼓勵居民參與社區建設之參考。

Taiwan is changing from agriculture society to urbanization. The close relationship between people is diminishing. The cohesion power of the community toward its residents is not as strong as before. The residents' feeling, sense and attitude toward their community are getting weaker and weaker. Therefore, the objective of this study is to explore the environmental living experience, community sense and participation attitude of local residents. Using Siyu community, Penghu as a case study, this research employs quota sampling with personal interview to survey respondents at each village. Totally 216 respondents are surveyed. Based on the research findings, this study makes suggestions for the government to help community building their own community senses and participate in their community construction.
