睡眠品質干擾規律運動對體適能之影響-以彰化高商學生為例

Effect of the Physical Fitness by the Sleep Quality with Regular Exercise-A Case Study at National Chang-Hua Senior School of Commerce Students

摘要


本研究旨在探討睡眠品質干擾規律運動對體適能之影響。以國立彰化高級商業職業學校學生為對象,進行睡眠品質問卷調查與體適能測驗。本研究共發出689 份問卷,有效問卷599 份,有效問卷率86.9%。所得數據以SPSS for windows18.0 套裝統計軟體處理,以簡單迴歸分析變項之間的關係,再以階層迴歸分析睡眠品質在規律運動對體適能的干擾效果,顯著水準定為α=.05。研究結果發現:一、有規律運動習慣者,其立定跳遠與仰臥起坐的表現就會愈好,顯示立定跳遠與仰臥起坐的成績表現與有規律運動的行為有關。二、無規律運動之學生,愈需要有充足的睡眠品質,如此才能有效提高學生的心肺適能的成績表現。本研究之結論可作為教學單位及教育行政的參考,並能作為未來研究的依據。

The purposes of this study were to explore that the effect of the physical fitness by the sleep quality with regular exercise on the students of the National Chang-Hua senior school of Commerce. 689 Sleep quality questionnaire and examination of physical fitness were used for this study. The rate of valid questionnaire is 86.9% (599/689). All the data was analyzed by SPSS window 18.0, simple regression to analyze the relationship between variables, then hierarchical regression was used to analysis the sleep quality under the regular exercise for the interference effect of the physical fitness, significantly different α = .05. The results of this study were following, 1) Good expressing in standing long jump and sit-ups on regular exercise. There are positive relationship between standing long jump and sit-ups with regular exercise. 2) The student without regular exercise that needs to improve sleep quality to increase the academic performance of cardiorespiratory fitness. The conclusions of this study can be a reference for schools and relevant education departments and further studies.
