工作狂傾向、工作自我效能、工作集體效能及組織公民行為之研究

The Study of Workaholism, Job Self Efficacy, Job Collective Efficacy and Organizational Citizenship Behavior

摘要


本研究旨在探討工作狂傾向對於工作自我效能、工作集體效能以及組織公民行為的關係,採用方便取樣的方式,研究工具採用「工作狂傾向量表」、「工作集體效能量表」、「工作自我效能量表」與「組織公民行為量表」,針對台灣企業員工做為研究對象,進行問卷調查蒐集資料,計得有效量表727份。所得資料以描述統計分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示,工作狂傾向對工作自我效能、工作集體效能與組織公民行為具有預測的效果,員工的工作狂傾向的程度越高,工作集體效能的傾向就愈明顯,工作自我效能的動機就愈強,亦較會產生組織公民行為的現象。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between Workaholism to Job Self Efficacy, Job Collective Efficacy, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The measurement instruments are the Workaholic Tendency Scale (TaiWork), Job Self Efficacy Scale, Job Collective Efficacy Scale and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale. A questionnaire survey was conducted for employees of Taiwanese enterprises as the research object, and 727 valid scales were calculated. The obtained data were analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The research results show that Workaholisms have predictive effects on Job Self Efficacy, Job Collective Efficacy, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The higher the degree of Workaholism employees, the more obvious the tendency of Job Self Efficacy, Job Collective Efficacy, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
