個人桌面領域之基礎研究

本研究針不同的桌型的改變是否造成個人空間範圍的改變進行探討。本研究以兩種桌型，分出三種不同的使用形式進行實驗，分別為方桌：90cm×90cm、長桌：90cm×150cm，在長桌方面分為長短兩種邊長進行實驗，因此一共是三種桌型。透過這三種形式的桌型，探討當受測者人數為一人時，其個人桌面領域的變化，個人空間範圍到哪裡。受測者平均年齡為26歲，女性16名、男性16名，共32位受測者。透過本次研究得知：個人桌面領域的大小會因桌子的面積大小改變而有所變化；且是隨著桌面增大或縮小的方向進行擴張或縮小。個人桌面領域雖會隨著桌子的面積加大而增大，但其增大的範圍到了某個極限後便不在增加。個人桌面領域的範圍極限，其左右橫寬約為108cm，縱深約為63cm。

In this study, we are going to discuss about that if people at family meal changed the scope of personal space by changing the table type. In this case, using two table in three different kinds of situation as test, square table: 90×90cm,: long table 90×150cm, The long table has two type because of the width and length, so there is three table-type. With these three table type we can study about how people change their scope of personal space by changing their desktop area. Subjects were 26 year-old, 16 women, 16 men, a total of 32 subjects. The field of personal desktop will change with the table size. With the changing of the table, the field grows proportionally. Although the field is growing proportionally, but it will come to it's limit then stop increasing. The limit of the field is about 108cm long, 63cm wide.
