The purpose of study was to understand sustainable attention behavior with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children after group of clay activity. The none-baseline design of single subject research was used to conduct three months, twice a week and 15 to 20 minutes of group of clay activity, and three weeks of observation at end of activity. The instruments of ”record table of sustainable attention behavior” and ”event sample record of sustainable attention behavior” were used to collect data. Data analysis was analyzed by time series C statistics and observation. The results include: (1) subject's sustainable attention behavior had improved but not very obvious after activity; (2) subject's sustainable attention behavior had been changed but not for a long time after activity.
