以黏土爲媒介之團體活動對一位注意力缺陷過動症幼兒不專注行爲變化之研究

Group Activity Study-How Clay Changes the Inattentive Behaviors of a Child with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

摘要


本研究旨在探討注意力缺陷過動症幼兒不專注行爲變化歷程,而研究者採單一受試者之無基線期設計,並以一位注意力缺陷過動症幼兒爲研究對象,進行每週2次,每次15至20分鐘,爲期3個月之團體黏土活動;此外活動結束後3週後,進行追蹤觀察。本研究以「不專注行爲時距觀察紀錄表」及「注意力行爲事件取樣紀錄表」等研究工具蒐集資料。資料分析以目視分析法及時問序列C統計分析,並輔以觀察事件等資料爲主。結果(1)團體黏土活動對個案之不專注行爲有介入效果,而活動撒除後只具有部份保留效果;(2)觀察資料顯示個案之不專注行爲,在團體黏土活動介入後獲得改變;(3)個案的生理、心理及外在環境因素,影響個案在活動中之不專注行爲。因此團體黏土活動對增進個案之專注行爲表現,有正向效益,及獲得教師與家長的正向肯定及回饋。

The study was to understand the inattentive behaviors of a child with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The single subject research with none-baseline involved three months of clay group activity, and performed twice every week for 15 to 20 minutes. Post observations of the subject were conducted three weeks after the end of each activity. The data were gathered with using instruments of <||>interval record table of inattention behavior<||> and <||>event sample record of attention behavior<||>. Data were analyzed by using visual analysis and time-series C statistics. The following results were obtained: (1) the obvious decrease of subject's inattentive behavior after the activity; (2) the subject’s inattentive behavior gradually changed after the clay group activity; (3) physiological, psychological and environmental factors are all potential factors affecting the subject's inattentive behaviors. Therefore, the clay group activity could raise the subject's attentive behavior and received positive feedbacks from teachers and parents.
