2001~2011年台灣地區幼兒教育行政研究的回顧與展望:以學位論文為範疇

摘要


對既有的研究做全面性的回顧與探討,可以檢視過去,前瞻未來。本研究的主要目的旨在瞭解我國幼兒教育行政研究的現況,並對未來的發展提具建議。針對2000年後的十年(2001~2011年)我國以幼兒教育行政為主題的137篇學位論文進行內容分析,透過研究的歸納與反省,回顧該時期幼兒教育行政研究在研究數量、研究主題、研究對象、對象屬性、研究典範與研究方法等方面的發展,發現既有的研究偏向量化典範、調查方法、公私兼具的性質以及教育人員為對象,然以組織產出議題的論文最為欠缺。十年期間再區分兩個五年時段,以更細膩明瞭各研究項目的發展狀況,建議未來的幼兒教育行政研究可朝目前較被疏忽的缺口進行探究。

Reviewing and exploring the studies that have been done can not only examine the past but also prospect the future. The main purpose of this study was to understand the current status of studies on early childhood education administration, and provide recommendation to future development. By using of documentary analysis, 137 dissertations, presented in the near 10 years (2001~2011), were collected to conduct a content analysis. Through induction and introspection, the development of research amount, topic, subject, attribute of subject, paradigm, and method were examined over this period of time. The ten-year period is divided into 2 five-year periods to understand the development of research framework more thoroughly.
