大專院校女性教師休閒參與現況之研究

The Study of Leisure Participation among Female Teachers in Higher Education

摘要


本研究主要的目的在瞭解目前我國大專院校女性教師休閒活動參與現況、背景變項因素對其休閒活動參與情形,並將研究結果提供建議,作爲我國大專院校女性教師參與休閒之參考。本研究採問卷調查法進行研究,以「大專院校女性教師休閒活動參與」爲研究工具,以94學年度176所大專院校之女性教師爲研究對象,有效問卷795份。根據實際調查所得資料,以平均數、標準差進行統計,綜合調查結果,所得結論如下:一、大專院校女性教師休閒活動參與類型依序爲「進修交誼型」、「家庭社交型」、「消遣閒逸型」、「視聽娛樂型」、「戶外遊憩型」、「運動健身型」、「嗜好休憩型」。整體而論休閒活動參與程度有偏低之現象。二、不同年齡、教育程度、職級、工作年資之大專院校女性教師在休閒活動參與型態趨於一致。

This Study aims to explore both the current status of leisure participation among female teachers in higher education and the differences of leisure participation those with different backgrounds.The study was executed by questionnaire survey. The research instrument was 「The questionnaire of leisure participation and barrier for female teachers in higher education」. The subject was from 176 schools in higher education during 2005 school year. A total number of 795 usable samples were collected. The results showed:1. The orders of leisure participation type among female teachers in higher education are as followed:「Study & socialization type」、「Family socialization type」、「Recreation type」、「Visual & audio entertainment type」、「Outdoor activity type」、「Athlete type」and「Hobby type」. In general, the leisure participation rate is low.2. The types of leisure participation from different ages, educational levels, working classes, seniority, average incomes, status, among female teachers in higher education tend to be similar.
