通識理財規劃課程體驗學習實施成效研究

Study on the Learning Effects of Experiential Learning Strategy in Financial Planning Courses

摘要


本研究之目的在探討體驗學習融入理財規劃課程之學習成效,以個案大學選修通識中心理財規劃課程之學生為研究對象,修課人數81人。本研究採用問卷及體驗學習反思回饋單等蒐集樣本資料,問卷內容涵蓋課程設計、理財規劃的體驗及行為改變等面向,共計取得63份問卷資料及81份反思回饋單,問卷整體之Cronbach α信度係數為0.966。運用獨立樣本t檢定、相關分析及因素分析等方法進行資料分析,研究結果發現,體驗學習的經驗能深化學習效果,並促使其理財觀念與行為的改變,也會正向影響對課程的滿意度。此外,學生過去曾選修過理財或財務相關課程的經驗,能讓他區別出體驗學習的課程規劃與傳統授課的不同,進而對課程規劃有較高的認同。

This study explored the learning effects of experiential learning strategy in financial planning course, based on learning by doing. A total of 81 samples were collected. Questionnaires and feedback sheets were used, with questionnaire Cronbach's α 0.966 and items consisted of course planning, financial planning experience and behavior adjustment. Using t test, correlation analysis and principal component analysis, the results revealed that experiential learning will strengthen financial planning skills and inspire the interest and motivation for financial planning. Furthermore, it also makes students to review and adjust their financial behavior. This study demonstrates experiential learning has a positive correlation with course satisfaction.
