The purpose of this study is to develop a reliable and valid satisfaction scale for The World Games 2009 in Kaohsiung using a series of analytic procedures. The data was collected via convenient sampling, 350 questionnaires were distributed and returned with a total of 325 valid copies. The valid response-rate was 93%. Data analysis was carried out by SPSS12.0; the confirmatory factor analysis ran by Amos 16.0 found: items were loaded on four factors: ”generally service”, ”opening show”, ”activities of edge”, and ”information directional”, overall satisfaction model of sporting events will meet the basic criteria adapter. The evaluation found that latent variables have good reliability, convergent validity, and discriminate validity. The model's stability and predictive power were confirmed.
