大型運動賽會服務滿意模式之驗證－以2009高雄世運會爲實證

摘要

因此本研究以2009高雄世界運動會觀眾爲對象作爲效度之樣本，並驗證運動賽會服務滿意度。以「2009高雄世界運動會賽會服務滿意程度問卷」爲研究工具，採便利抽樣方式進行共發出350份問卷，有效問卷325份，有效回收率爲93%。資料處理以SPSS12.0進行描述性統計；Amos16.0進行驗證性因素分析結果發現：此量表有四個因素，分別命名爲「一般服務」、「開幕表演節目」、「周邊活動」、「資訊導覽」。整體而言，運動賽會滿意度模式符合基本適配標準觀察變項與潛在變項皆具有良好的信度、收斂效度與區別效度，且4因素斜交模式具有穩定性與預測力。

The purpose of this study is to develop a reliable and valid satisfaction scale for The World Games 2009 in Kaohsiung using a series of analytic procedures. The data was collected via convenient sampling, 350 questionnaires were distributed and returned with a total of 325 valid copies. The valid response-rate was 93%. Data analysis was carried out by SPSS12.0; the confirmatory factor analysis ran by Amos 16.0 found: items were loaded on four factors: ”generally service”, ”opening show”, ”activities of edge”, and ”information directional”, overall satisfaction model of sporting events will meet the basic criteria adapter. The evaluation found that latent variables have good reliability, convergent validity, and discriminate validity. The model's stability and predictive power were confirmed.
