非營利組織之領導風格與退會傾向之研究-以中華民國青商為例

A Study on Nonprofit Organization's Leadership Style and Turnover Intention- Taiwan Junior Chamber

摘要


本研究旨在探討非營利組織領導風格及退會傾向之現況與關係,採用問卷調查法共計發放1,000份問卷,獲得有效問卷882份。以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步迴歸等統計方式進行分析。其研究結果如下:一、領導風格得分高為3.98;退會傾向得分低為2.10。二、會員背景變項中學歷、職務及年資之會員在領導風格上達顯著之差異。而會員之年齡、學歷及年資會在退會傾向上達顯著之差異。三、領導風格與退會傾向達顯著負相關。四、領導風格對退會傾向具有顯著之影響力,其中以「魅力式領導」最具顯著負向之影響效果。本研究針對其研究結果提出之建議可作為相關單位之參考依據。

The purpose of this study is to explore the current situations of nonprofit organization's leadership style and turnover intention- Taiwan Junior Chamber. This study adopted questionnaire survey and distributed 1,000 questionnaires with 882 valid ones collected. For descriptive statistic, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze those questionnaires. The study results are listed below: 1. The average score of the leadership style is high and turnover intention is low. Leadership style is 3.98 and turnover intention is 2.10. 2. In the variables of the backgrounds in the education background, position and seniority have significant difference with leadership style. In the variables of the backgrounds in the age, education background and seniority have significant difference with turnover intention. 3. The leadership style and turnover intention are all significant negative correlation. 4. Leadership style has significant influence to turnover intention, especially for charismatic leadership. The study also provides suggestions based on the study results for the related organizations.
