This is the second paper of the research project "future social entrepreneurs" using questionnaire survey with an independent sample to inquire the influence of different student society types on the social entrepreneurial intentions (SEIs) of society leaders among universities in Taiwan. Based on Mair and Noboa (2007) and Hockerts (2017), we collected and analyzed the SEIs of 393 valid samples against four society types, namely academic and talent development (including sport and music clubs), social services (including volunteer and charity work), friendship connection (including fellow countryperson), and student government (including student union and professional associations). The confirmatory factor analysis supported the factor structures of six scales used in the current study. The results of multiple regression analysis indicated that entrepreneurial creativity was overall the most influential positive factor, followed by the stockholder perspective, prior experiences of social services, and affective empathy. Respectively and comparatively, the stockholder perspective and prior experiences of social services had a greater impact on the SEIs of talent-development society leaders than those of other societies; Entrepreneurial creativity had a greater impact on the SEIs of social-services society leaders than those of other societies; Prior experiences of social services had a greater impact on the SEIs of friendship-connection society leaders than those of other societies; Affective empathy had a greater impact on the SEIs of student-government society leaders than those of other societies. These results were thoroughly discussed, and suggestions for guiding student society were then provided.
