近年來登山活動盛行,讓參與活動的登山客與管理者日益注重和當地的生態環境息息相關的環境行為問題,以及遊憩活動中的體驗感受與滿意度。因此本研究之目的在探討登山客的環境態度、環境行為、遊憩體驗對登山客滿意度之影響,研究對象為至少參與過一次嘉明湖登山行程的登山客,由於調查時間為新冠狀病毒流行管制活動期間,僅於2021年7月至嘉明湖網路粉絲團放置問卷,共收回577份有效問卷。使用SPSS20.0統計軟體進行敘述性統計、因素與信度分析以及廻歸分析驗證變數間的關係。研究結果顯示:1.環境態度對環境行為與遊憩體驗具有正向顯著影響; 2.環境行為與遊憩體驗對遊客滿意度皆有正向顯著影響; 3.環境行為與遊憩體驗對環境態度與遊客滿意度間的關係具有中介影響效果。表示環境態度越佳者,其環境行為的程度越正向積極、遊憩體驗也較放鬆愉快;且環境行為做得越好、遊憩體驗越佳的登山客其整體滿意度也會越高。
Recently trekking becomes a popular activity which caused forest managers and hikers to pay more attention in environmental behavior. Such as hikers recreational experience, satisfaction, and other activities related to the ecology. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the impact of hikers' environmental attitudes, environmental behaviors, and recreational experience on their satisfaction. The research objects are hikers who had been trekking in the Jiaming Lake National trial. Due to COVID-19, online questionnaires were distributed to Jiaming Lake fans in Facebook social network. A total of 577 valid questionnaires were received in July 2021. The SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to perform descriptive statistics, factor and reliability analysis, and regression analysis to verify the relationships among variables. The research results show that: 1. Environmental attitude has significant positive impacts on environmental behavior and recreational experience; 2. Environmental behavior and recreational experience have significant positive impact on tourist satisfaction; 3. Environmental behavior and recreational experience have significant mediating effects on the relationships between satisfaction and environment attitude. With better environmental attitude, the hikers would present better environmental behavior and perceived better recreational experience, such as more relaxed and happier. In addition, with better environmental behavior and recreational experience, hikers would acquire higher satisfaction in Jiaming Lake trial.
