摘要

彰化縣芬園鄉農村社區以各面向之特色，從各個景觀遊憩之點、線、面研擬未來整體發展的構想，透過遊憩觀光及復興產業之發展理念，規劃出核心服務區、花卉田園區、自然古風區、米粉文化區、稻香文化區區、台地景觀區以及廊道串連系統。在未來以休閒遊憩趨勢走向除運動休閒、文藝美食、觀光旅遊等基本遊憩活動，故依據縣芬園鄉農村獨特的資源條件發展之旅遊產品主題與活動，如產業加工品（米粉、香花、製菸等）中找尋產業主題，以參與式活動體驗吸引遊客參與，更提供農村社區發展行銷計畫，提供未來地方發展之參考，以達到產業多元、複合化的永續經營目的。

Through the development concept of promoting tourism and reviving agriculture industry based on local characteristics, a mainly plan for overall villages on Fenyuan Village in Changhua County, it was drew up including a core service area, flower field area, natural scenic area, rice noodle culture area, rice field culture area, terrace landscape area, and corridor connection system. Besides basic recreation activities such as leisure sports, arts and crafts, food, and sightseeing, Fenyuan Villages will also develop themes and activities that are based on its unique local resources in the future. For example, use industrial themes from local industrial artifacts (rice noodles, fragrant plants, tobacco industry), encourage tourist to participate by introducing hands-on activities, and furthermore, provide a community marketing plan for future development, in order to reach the goal of dynamic industry and sustainable management.
