多元尺度監測評估石門水庫重點治理集水區整治成效

摘要

為瞭解石門水庫整治計畫第一階段（95－98年）保育治理計畫之執行效果，故針對石門水庫整治重點工作區域，利用多元尺度監測技術並配合現況調查，建立具時效性背景資料，據以具體化說明集水區保育措施治理前後土砂控制、環境復育情形，供以土砂災害追蹤及整治效率評估依據。經本研究分析顯示，第一階段重點治理區皆達預期整治標的，已漸顯植生復育成效。

This study utilizes the multi-scale monitoring methods incorporating with field investigations to establish reliable real-time data for validating the efficiency from management project of Shin-men watershed at first stage during 1996 to 2009. The management project aims to reveal vegetation recovery, ability of soil and water conservation, the reduction of sediment yields and to mitigate the sediment disasters and trace topological changes. Those results show all of the engineered watersheds have been reached in the above expected targets and sediment discharges are under control.
